As Owner / Operator Joseph Fasano is the Principle Consultant of Sensations Development Services, a                                           Management Consultant Firm that takes advantage of his unique experience as a Global Sales                                                        Consultant at Libo Cosmetics, Senior Packaging Development Consultant at Revlon Companies,                                               Laura Geller Cosmetics as Director of Packaging Development / Global Sourcing / Procurement / Quality                                     and Inventory Control, Executive Director of Packaging Development / Global Sourcing /
Quality Assurance and Procurement at the Five Star Fragrance Company.

His Fine Fragrance and Cosmetics career began at Estee Lauder Companies as a Senior Buyer where during his tenure he gained the knowledge and experience that enabled him to rise to the Global Leadership responsibility. During his 25-year corporate career,     Mr. Fasano has Created and Implemented Procurement and Supply Chain Management Strategies, Globally Sourced Components and Products, Developed Packages and has lead major organization change initiatives, and was the global process owner of the implementation of the SAP Supply Chain System.

Mr. Fasano has saved the corporations and companies he has been involved with over $300 Million during his tenure. Mr. Fasano has uniquely managed increasingly complex supplier relations throughout the globe to deliver expert and efficient global supplier support for the shifting market realities of the Fine Fragrance and Cosmetics Industry.

Mr. Fasano currently services many clients within the Beauty Industry and is involved with B.I.M.S. (Buyers Importers Manufactures and Suppliers) Iopp and APMA and is recognized throughout the Industry for his contributions.

Mr. Fasano has supported as a volunteer Chairperson in the fund raising of the Stella Maris High School and the Sisters of St. Joseph Golf Outings, as Chairperson of the C.I.B.S Holiday Christmas Ball and of the C.I.B.S. Golf Outings.

Mr. Fasano was educated in the U.S.A. where he studied Advertising Design at NYCCC and Business Management Studies at Adelphi University. Mr. Fasano currently resides on Long Island with his wife Deborah and he is available to service the Fine Fragrance and Cosmetics Industry Nationally.
